Depending upon qualifications & experience, which adds to the Knowledge, employees work at different levels in the organization. Ownership
This quality is essentially required in every employee, right from ‘Executive’ (entry level) to ‘Chief Executive’ level.

Leadership

It is required for the people handling a specific Team (group of Owners). They are termed as ‘Leaders’.
Leader’s focus should be more on aligning team member’s goals towards a predefined team goal. Major responsibilities of Team Leaders working for Excellent Organizations are to Protect, Motivate, Align & Develop (‘PMAD’) their team members.

This quality is expected in the people with high knowledge level which comes by rich experience gained by working in the organization.
