It is a sad truth that many of us simply work as per said instructions, without understanding the work or the reason behind any action undertaken. Because of this, we end up working in our respective fields without having any understanding of the subject and therefore do not achieve any significant results.

For any individual it is very important that their concepts are strong in order to achieve Excellence in whichever field they are in.

Similar to the importance of a strong foundation base for any building, or the roots of the tree, our conceptual knowledge plays a crucial role in our lives i.e., the Stronger the Better.

Professionally, in order to solve any issue or problem, its is very important to first understand the root cause of the same. Gaining conceptual knowledge helps you in the same and thus becomes easy to solve the said problem.

Furthermore, understanding of concepts is important in both the aspects, in Technical Knowledge as well as in Life Skills (Soft Skills) since in both the cases, once we have understood the basics, it becomes easy to visualize and apply the said skills in our lives.

Building the sense of ownership is the utmost important task for any individual, whether he's running a business or working in an organization.

Simply working on the routine tasks as ordered by seniors makes the individual more like a robot. If the person has to become excellent, he has to consider the task / job as his own and act upon his instincts instead of mere following orders.
